Francis X. Smith II, CPA Francis is a graduate of Bethlehem High School and a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a BS in accounting.  He is a CPA and has been a tax advisor/preparer for 17 years. He is a member of the Bardstown Rotary Club, and holds memberships with the Kentucky Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of CPA’s.
